We review your project scope, drawings, or specifications — at no cost — and provide a written fee proposal with clear deliverables, schedule, and assumptions. No surprises once we start.
1–2 Business DaysProject Kickoff
Upon agreement, we hold a kickoff meeting to confirm requirements, establish the design basis, review any existing documentation, and set a milestone schedule with defined review dates.
Day 1–3Engineering & Design
Our engineers develop the design in accordance with NEC, Title 24, project specifications, and applicable codes. Intermediate design submittals allow you to review and provide feedback before final documents are completed.
Per Project ScheduleQA / Peer Review
All deliverables undergo internal QA review by a senior engineer before release. We check for code compliance, completeness, coordination with other disciplines, and constructability before signing and stamping.
Before Every SubmittalPermit Submittal & AHJ Support
We prepare complete permit submission packages and coordinate directly with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) — responding to plan check comments promptly to keep your project moving through review.
First-Submission FocusConstruction Support & Closeout
We provide construction administration support — responding to RFIs, issuing clarifications and addenda, reviewing submittals, and supporting commissioning to ensure your project is built exactly as designed.
